Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of Revorance, operated by Revorance, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; agreeing to these Terms does not grant optional analytics consent.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Revorance. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@revorance.com. You remain responsible for activity you authorize; this does not waive protections for unauthorized activity available under law.

What Revorance provides

Revorance helps enthusiasts discover and evaluate vehicles through selected preferences, Listings, automotive interpretation, saved Listings and Scouts. We are not a vehicle seller, broker, dealer, inspection service, lender or transaction marketplace. We do not negotiate, accept deposits for, or complete vehicle purchases. Any purchase or other transaction is between you and the external seller or provider.

Vehicle information and AI interpretation

We combine source information, deterministic matching and AI-generated interpretation. A canonical Vehicle description may describe a representative configuration rather than the exact advertised car. Listing-specific evidence can be incomplete, contradictory or outdated. A recommendation or explanation is not a certification, appraisal, warranty, mechanical inspection or professional legal, tax, financial or purchasing advice.

• Independently confirm the VIN, trim, engine, transmission, equipment, title, history, condition, mileage, safety, legality, price and availability with appropriate records, the seller and qualified professionals before acting.
• AI-generated explanations may contain factual errors, omissions or unsupported interpretations despite our safeguards. Missing or abstained interpretation is not a negative recommendation; confidence in an explanation is not a guarantee.
• Prices, seller claims, availability, photos and specifications may change. We do not independently verify every vehicle, seller or listing and do not promise complete market coverage or the best price.

Saves, Scouts and communications

Saving records interest in an exact Listing. A Scout retains the intent you submit, evaluates eligible inventory under supported rules, and may surface Findings. Some captured improvements are not actively monitored; the creation interface distinguishes these. Coverage, evaluation timing, relevance and delivery depend on available evidence, provider availability, budgets, plan entitlements and lifecycle controls.

• We do not guarantee that every matching vehicle will be found, that a Finding remains available, or that a message arrives before another buyer acts. Similarity does not establish identical condition or configuration.
• You can manage Scouts and optional discovery email in the product. Pausing a Scout does not delete its historical records. Existing Findings may become unavailable when an underlying Listing is removed or restricted.
• Authentication, security, Scout creation confirmations and billing/service messages may be necessary to operate your account. Optional discovery messages have preference and unsubscribe controls. Cookie Statistics choices do not change those email preferences.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Free and paid Scout plans may be offered. The price, currency, billing interval, included capacity and payment terms displayed before checkout govern the plan you choose. A paid recurring subscription renews at the disclosed interval until canceled. Stripe handles payment; Revorance grants access from verified subscription status, not solely a checkout return page.

• Use Billing to manage an available subscription or request help at support@revorance.com. Period-end cancellation normally preserves paid access until the stated end date and prevents the next renewal. Current access and limits are shown in Billing.
• Changing a plan, a payment failure, cancellation or expiry can change Scout capacity and future evaluation capability; previously created evaluation records are not rewritten as if they used a different plan.
• Taxes or card-issuer charges may apply as disclosed. Contact us about billing errors or refunds. These Terms do not exclude statutory cancellation, refund or other mandatory consumer remedies. We will give required advance notice of price or material paid-service changes; changes do not retroactively alter completed billing periods.

Content and permitted use

Revorance’s software, original analysis, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party listing text, photographs, marks and data remain subject to their owners’ rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and content you are authorized to see for personal vehicle research. No ownership in third-party content is transferred. Do not republish, resell or bulk extract protected content without permission; mandatory fair-use and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

External sites and sellers

A listing, image or link is not an endorsement of a seller or a guarantee of its authority to sell. External sites, sign-in and payment providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Verify sellers and transaction terms independently. We are not responsible for a third party’s performance merely because its vehicle, content or link appears on Revorance, subject to rights that law does not allow us to exclude.

Availability, suspension and closure

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of a Listing, Finding or feature. We may correct content, maintain the service, remove unavailable items, and restrict access reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, material breach or legal obligations. We provide notice and an opportunity to respond where practical and lawful. You may request account closure and personal-data deletion at support@revorance.com. Closure, subscription cancellation and data erasure are separate actions; we explain their effects and any necessary retention. Paid-service changes and termination remain subject to applicable consumer remedies.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and information are provided as available and without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted accuracy. Revorance, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use of the service or reliance on third-party vehicle information, to the extent such limitations are lawful. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any duty, warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

Delaware law governs these Terms, without applying conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law of your place of residence provides protections that cannot be waived. Contact support@revorance.com with a description of a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This does not delay statutory deadlines or prevent urgent relief, complaints to regulators, or access to courts with jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Changes and contact

We publish updated Terms with a new effective date and give additional notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove accrued or mandatory rights. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
