Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy forms part of Revorance’s Terms of Service. Revorance, Inc. provides automotive discovery and interpretation for your lawful use, subject to the access and usage limits of the service.

Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse accounts, content or infrastructure.

• Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, infringe rights, harass people, distribute malware or use the service for unlawful activity.
• Do not access other users’ Saves, Scouts, Findings or private information; bypass authentication, operator controls, entitlement checks, rate limits or security safeguards.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute protected listing feeds, images or generated content without permission, or use automated traffic to exhaust service capacity. This does not restrict rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
• Do not claim that Revorance inspected, certified or guaranteed a vehicle or endorsed a seller when it has not. Do not misrepresent AI-generated interpretation as verified vehicle fact.
• Do not submit passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through support or partner-inquiry channels.

Security reporting

Report suspected vulnerabilities, misuse or rights violations to support@revorance.com. Include enough information to locate the issue without accessing or distributing someone else’s private data. This policy does not authorize intrusive testing, exploitation or disruption.

Proportionate enforcement

We may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, material breach, legal duties or a security risk. Where practical and lawful, we explain the action and provide an opportunity to respond. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Updates

Changes apply prospectively, with notice of material changes where required. The current effective date appears above. Read this policy with our Terms and Privacy Policy.
